I care for me although I have had to struggle to learn I am worth caring for.

 

Sometimes I live as if I could hide from the raging feelings inside me.

Other times I listen only to the hurt and feel there is no one who can understand.

 

Now after all these years, I know the signals from the interior; I listen and wait and once again am surprised there is a me I like.

When this happens, I discover standing all around have been persons

who care and have helped me to become Me…………
